SFAC has developed a Monitoring and Reporting of VCA assisted units for Banks which has two annexures namely annexure 1 & 2 which is to be filled in by Banks. The annexure 1 refers to working results and conduct of the unit and annexure 2 refers to report on utilization of assisted units. You are requested to submit these Annexures.
